MAHS is always accepting applications for kennel technicians. Applicants must be 18 years or older, have reliable transportation, and must be able to work in an ever-changing, fast paced environment.
MAHS is always accepting new volunteers and encourages anyone with a little bit of spare time to stop out at the shelter to visit with our residents! Volunteering is a very rewarding experience for you and the cats and dogs at MAHS.
MAHS volunteers must be 15 years of age or older in order to volunteer alone; any person under 18 years old, must have a signed liability waiver by a parent or guardian. Younger children may come with a parent/guardian, but may be restricted to limited activities.
Once you have fully read through the volunteer manual, please sign and date the Acceptance of the Marion Area Humane Society Volunteer Manual and Non-Disclosure Agreement and our liability waiver.
